Sika Rust off 100 for rust remover and corrosion protection

 

Sika Rustoff-100 is a component liquid that removes rust and prevents steel structures from further rusting by providing a polishing coating. The Sika Rust of 100 solutions makes a tough coat for long-term protection. Application Method / Tools

Ø  Apply Sika Rustof 100 by brush, cotton swab or spray on the affected metal surface. Keep it in contact with the surface until the reddish color of the rusted surface changes to the original black color nearby.

Ø  Excessive application can sometimes give a white to black surface.

Ø  Remove loose rust particles with a brush after at least 24 hours.

Ø  If any reddish rusty surface is still left after the loose rust has been removed, it will have to be repaired with Sika Rustoff 100..

Ø  Once the surface is completely dry (within 48 hours).

Ø  Clean the surface with a jet of water and let it dry.

Ø  Apply a preventive coating like Sikka Rastop.
